TERMS & CONDITIONS

TUESDAY to FRIDAY

ALL DAY DINING FROM 12PM  - last booking 8.30pm

SATURDAY 6PM LOAST BOOKING 8.30PM)

ALL Reservations VIA ONLINE BOOKING PLATFORM

Due to COVID-19 Dining restrictions all reservations will be limited to 50ppl  inside & 50ppl outside

Bookings 1-8 people

Credit Card details must be supplied to secure the booking. Minimum spend $50pp

For example - A booking for 4 people the minimum spend is $200

 A booking for 4 people but only 3 turn up, the minimum spend remains $200

Cancellation Policy via email only.  Less than 24 hours and the minimum spend

amount for the entire booking will be charged to the card.

Minimum Spend on Friday Nights is $70pp

 SET MENU for Tables of 9 or more (over 10 must be split over two tables)

10% SERVICE FOR ALL TABLES OF 9 & OVER

Cancellation Policies  8 - 20 Guests

All Bookings still remain 1 hour & 45 mins unless it has been agreed to a longer timeframe on the day.

  1. Minimum Spend per head is $70pp.  i.e  19ppl Booking = $1,330
  2. 50% cancellation fee of minimum spend for cancelling entire booking less than 3 days (72 hours) before booking. Fee is calculated from the number of people & set menu that were booked
  3. 100% cancellation fee applied for a full cancellation 2-days 48hours before booking time. Fee is calculated from the number of set menu that was booked. 25% Cancellation fee can be used for a future booking within 30 days
  4. A Cancellation fee of 100% is applied, if any guests less than 24 hours are removed from the group. For example, if booked for 12 ppl but only 10ppl turn up, then those missing 2 ppl will be charged.
  5. Fees are calculated from the number of people missing and the SET MENU price. The remainder of the group must remain on the SET MENU.
  6. 1.5% card surcharge ​
  7. 10% Service to the final bill FOR TABLES OVER 10PPL

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES  20 - 29 GUESTS

1. 20% cancellation fee for cancelling entire booking less than 5 days (120 hours) before booking. Fee is calculated from the number of people & set menu that were booked (70ppl) 


2. 50% cancellation fee of Set menu of the group booking will be applied for a full cancellation less than 3-days (72 hours) from booking date. 25% of this cancellation fee can be used as a credit note for a future booking within 2-months. (60 days)

3.A Cancellation fee of 100% is applied, if more than 2 to 10 guests are removed from the group booking 24 hours before the booking time. Fees are calculated from the number of people missing and the SET MENU price. The remainder of the group must remain on the SET MENU.

Groups of 30 guests or more must pre-select beverages from our wine list before arriving.
